If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied when you receive your photographs e.g. they are either not the ones your thought you ordered, they are damaged in some way, or you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of your prints, please contact What A Picture. Normally we are able to help and can supply replacements or alternatives.

Refunds
Requests for refunds must be made in writing either:

or by post to Whatapicture, South Barn, Reckford Road, Westleton, Saxmundham, Suffolk, IP17 3BE
Please remember to quote your order number (if you ordered online) and contact details and state why you are requesting a refund.
Please note, you will be required to return your prints to qualify for a full refund.
